I have free shipping in the US. My website is set up to only ship to the US; please email me your address if you are out of country for a shipping quote. (I am happy to ship original fiber art abroad. Also my books are available on Amazon.)
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for orders in MA at time of checkout.
Returns
Items may be returned for a full refund. 30 days after purchase unless marked as a final sale item. Items must be received in "as new condition". Purchaser pays return shipping. Please contact me to arrange for a return.
No returns on custom orders after print or fabric has been ordered.

Privacy Policy
A digital proof of the final artwork will be sent via email. The client agrees to approve the work within one week of receiving the email or request small changes. Payments are non-refundable two weeks after receipt of first proof or after prints have been ordered.
If the reference photo was taken by someone other than the client, permission must be obtained from the photographer to use their photo as reference for artwork in writing.
The artist, Dawn Allen, will retain copyrights to any resulting artworks or tangent projects including the right to reproduce the artwork and/or use it for marketing purposes.
