Combining my two passions- art and animals!

I have worked professionally as an animal communicator since 1998. I started out as a student at Goddard College where I got a degree in “Holistic Methods of Working with Animals”. I spent one year as an intern for Linda Tellington-Jones, Founder of the TTouch. I also studied under animal communicators and authors, Penelope Smith and Dawn Hayman.

Ultimately, everything I know about animals has been learned directly from communicating with animals! I continue to develop my understanding of animals from their point of view.

My aim to is help people connect with their animal friends in a way that creates independence. I write books, teach, and prompt people to become their own animal communicator. Of course I am here for my clients when they need an outside perspective.

I live in Westfield Massachusetts with my husband Tim, two children, three cats, one donkey and two horses. I have an office in my home where I work with clients over the phone.

In addition to being an animal communicator I am also an artist. My medium is fiber art (art quilts) and I mostly focus on pet portraits. I started sewing at about 3-years-old and I have had a passion for creating all my life. My artwork has been featured in two solo shows at the New England Quilt museum. My work has also been included at shows in the Iowa Quilt Museum, International Quilt Festival, Fuller Craft Museum and Paradise City Arts Festival.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my animals, gardening, rollerblading, canoeing cross-country and downhill skiing.
